By game mode, Obol is B in PvE and A in PvP.

An SR damage-over-time specialist. His S2 converts two random buffs on each enemy into DoT stacks, stripping buffs across the team, and his S3 stuns in an AoE and applies up to three DoTs per target.

That makes him useful in PVP and against Aurora, but his DoT stacking was nerfed at launch, so landing them is unreliable, and he wants S2 and S3 levelled.
