Is RC-77 good?
An SR multi-hit debuffer and one of the fastest units at launch. His S1 often gives him ACC+, his S2 hits four times with turn meter cuts and a chance to extend debuffs, and his S3 hits every enemy with an extra opening hit that can stun the main target, then three hits of ATK- and DEF-.
He uses the Revelation shell well. He needs skill levels, his stun fails on hard bosses, and Immunity or cleanses blunt him.

But RC-77? He cares for none of those things.He conducts experiments simply because he enjoys them.
He has even stated outright that he would gladly hand over his research findings, authorship, and patents—so long as he gets to keep experimenting.The thrill of the unknown, the rush of unexpected results-these are among the few things that genuinely excite him.
His obsession borders on madness. Once he sets his sights on an experiment, he will go to any lengths to acquire the necessary materials—even if it means breaking the law.
Morality? Conscience? Guilt? Such things do not exist in his world.
