By game mode, Valerian is A in PvE and A in PvP.

An SR all-rounder built around her S3, which averages the whole team's HP percentage and gives her Hazy Dream, including immunity to control, along with death prevention that can trigger several times a fight. Her S2 makes one ally Invincible and gives the team a heal over time of 15% max HP per turn, and her S1 can inflict Slumber, broken by the next attack for bonus damage.

Everything she does can be countered, and she struggles to keep up in long late-game fights.
