Viper is an SR character in Etheria: Restart. Faction: Fantasy Club.

On our Etheria: Restart tier list Viper is B tier, 77th of the 96 characters ranked, from where 14 current tier lists put Viper.

By game mode, Viper is B in PvE and B in PvP.

An SR debuffer and dispeller who spams his S3. He starts with two Serpent Skin stacks, gains one per S1, and at four casts his S3 immediately; his S2 counterattacks with S1 when an ally is hit, speeding that up.

His S3 lowers enemy ATK and SPD and can dispel two buffs, his S1 can Silence, and his passive reduces crit damage taken by the team. He's mainly a PVP pick, with low damage and heavy skill needs.
