Is Anessa good?
An AoE damage dealer with fast basic attacks. Her Active and Ultimate hit every enemy, and the Ultimate also sends her attack speed soaring, and her passives add attack speed and damage against Frozen enemies and widen her basic attacks.
She's a mainstay of the Cow Queen daily raid and a quick Stonehenge farmer, but can't Freeze by herself and has no defensive tools, so her team has to be shaped to protect her.
