Is Katrin good?
A Freeze wizard reworked to play like 
Tiamat and 
Palamedes. Her first passive cuts her Active cooldown and raises damage and crit damage against Frozen targets, her Active marks enemies for bonus damage and Frost, and her Ultimate powers up her next five Actives, so she fires her Active constantly.
She can Freeze by herself, but depends on Freeze, and other DPS do more damage without it.
