Is Lueira good?
A healer who carries. When she has a shield, her basic attacks deal damage from both her ATK% and her max shield value, and her Active and Ultimate give her a massive team shield that absorbs damage for everyone while healing or raising team damage reduction.
She scales with almost every stat and hits all enemies regardless of target count, so she can tank, heal and deal damage at once in PVE. She needs heavy investment to keep her shield up, has low crit rate, and gains less from ATK and crit amp.
