Her cover is that she is an antique dealer, however she is more akin to an information dealer or contraband seller.

Lady Daffodil sells contraband using a fake name.

In Ch3-7 Daffodil called Herbert (the president of the Sculptors) to deliver some news.

It seems that Daffodil offers her services to anybody who pays a fair price.

Lady Daffodil has existed for at least 300 years according to Mythag's records.

That has been possible because she is an Awaker, staying hidden by various means.

Lady Daffodil has mastered the ability to move freely through dimensions.

Because of that, the committee's attempts to capture her always failed.
