Is Phantom good?
A Water Elysion assault rifle who throws cards to debuff enemies and stack buffs on herself, then cashes them in for extra damage and a Distributed Damage special. She's one of the few decent Elysion carries and can run off-burst, but her basic attack ratio is low, she reloads slowly and her single-target damage drops hard.
Beyond the Elysion tower and raids against Water-weak bosses, she rarely earns a slot.

She also loves her job as a librarian as she gets to read as much as she wants.
Her notable quip is her poor writing skills, in contrast to her covert job as a librarian.
