An Undead Hordes rare whose Block Buffs and skill-blocking debuffs look like PvP tools but only hit one target and come with no real damage. Faction Wars is the one place to consider him, and even there don't go past level 50, give him enough ACC, and skip tomes and masteries. His faction has far better champions.
