Is Ambassador Lethelin good?
A High Elves support made mainly for the Phantom Shogun's Grove, where Taunt and Decrease C.RATE help control the boss. Rallying Banner gives one ally Taunt and the whole team Reflect Damage, Field Medic shortens two debuffs on every ally and heals more for each one it shortens, and Spearshower is an AoE A1 with a chance at Decrease C.RATE.
Beyond the Shogun he's useful in Faction Wars and fights where redirecting attacks onto a tanky ally matters.
