Is Basileus Roanas good?

A High Elves legendary who got a big damage boost in Patch 4.70 after power creep left him behind. Majesty is an AoE Stun that can be guaranteed once booked and cuts Turn Meter on anyone who avoids it, Triple Puncture ignores Shields, Block Damage, Increase DEF and a large chunk of DEF, and Bolts of Scorn steals a buff or blocks new ones.

He's a solid Arena and wave-control pick if you build enough Accuracy for the Stuns, but stronger High Elves keep him out of most Faction Wars teams, and Clan Boss is his weakest mode.

    Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. Ignores Shield and Block Damage buffs, as well as 50% of the target’s DEF. Lvl. 2: Damage +5% Lvl. 3: Damage +10% Lvl. 4: Damage +10%

  • Majesty

    Ability 3 · Scales with ATK, Cooldown 4 turns

    Attacks all enemies. Has a 50% chance of placing a Stun debuff for 1 turn. Decreases each target’s Turn Meter by 50% if the Stun debuff is not placed. Lvl. 2: Damage +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Damage +10% Lvl. 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +15%
