Is Basim Ibn Ishaq good?
A Sacred Order Assassin who hits harder the more buffs and debuffs are in play, and who pairs naturally with Ezio. His A3 hits one target twice with bonus damage for every buff and debuff on him and the target, then veils him and grants an Extra Turn. Under Perfect Veil his AoE A2 ignores more DEF and places Block Active Skills through Block Debuffs (which also stops Mythicals from changing form), his A1 lands Weaken to go with Ezio's Decrease DEF, and he ignores part of the enemy's RES.
Arena is his best area, with the rest of PvE a step behind.
Pairs well with: Ezio.
Strengths
- Damage scales with buffs and debuffs on both sides
- Extra Turn after his A3
- Block Active Skills that goes through Block Debuffs when veiled
- Guaranteed Weaken while veiled
- Stops Mythicals from switching forms
Weaknesses
- Much of his kit depends on Perfect Veil being up
- Target choice matters a lot for his A3
- Clan Boss, Hydra and Chimera are only average
