Is Boragar the Elder good?
The first champion to bring an Increase RES buff, which makes him a building block for high-RES teams. Alongside it he gives Increase SPD, Shields and some light cleansing, so he fits both PvE and Arena teams. His passive cuts damage for any ally whose RES is at least as high as the attacker's, which his RES buff makes easy to reach.
Hydra is his best area, where the extra RES keeps debuffs off and the cleanse handles what gets through.
