Is Boughsmith Flannan good?
A Sylvan Watchers rare for early speed control in Faction Wars and Fire Knight. Shatter Knees puts the weaker Decrease SPD on every enemy, and because he placed it, Strike The Anvil knocks off more Turn Meter and Hammer Rhythm has a chance at an extra turn when it lands on three or more enemies, which could be interesting for Dark Fae.
Mustersmith gives the team Increase ACC and brings a random ally into an attack, a budget ally attack that helps break the Fire Knight's shield. He's not the best rare around, but he'll do for control until you have better options.
