Is Cromax Moonblood good?
The seventh Hard Doom 
Tower secret room legendary, so he takes a long time to get. His passive can Hex attackers, one of the better Hex sources, though nothing else in his kit uses it, so he works best beside Hex champions like 
Mithrala Lifebane or 
Urticata.
In Hydra, Lunar Lance and Moonlight Bonds put Decrease ATK and Block Buffs on one target for a debuff spreader to share, Blood Moon adds AoE Decrease ACC, and the passive Hex helps with the Head of Mischief.
Pairs well with: Mithrala Lifebane; Urticata.
