Is Crusader good?
The Sacred Order Uncommon you're handed at the very start of the game, with the same kit as 
Sergeant: a plain double hit and Rally, an attack where a random ally joins in. Neither skill does much, so he's only a stopgap to fill out an early Faction Wars team for 3-star clears when you have nothing else.
