Is Duedan the Runic good?
A Sylvan Watchers protector built around Taunt, a buff that makes enemies aim their skills at him, a bit like a Provoke in reverse. Lure of Fools gives him Taunt, Strengthen and Counterattack, and every A1 he fires, counterattacks included, has a chance to strip a debuff off each ally, so the plan is to keep that A1 cycling.
Protector Effigy shields the team and extends their buffs, but its long cooldown makes it a poor buff extender for Clan Boss tunes. He's a decent cleanser who doesn't need a team built around keeping him alive.
