Is Fyr-Gun Isbeil good?
A Dwarves bomb specialist made for high-HP enemies. Eruptive Volley puts Weaken on every enemy and grants an extra turn if it lands on all of them, Tracer Slugs places two Bombs and can spread one to the rest of the team, and her Bombs deal extra damage to enemies with very large HP pools, which makes her something like an epic 
Gnishak Verminlord.
That combination is aimed at Bommal the Dreadhorn, while Explosive Phoenix gives her Revive on 
Death when a Bomb kills, which helps in Faction Wars waves. Hydra is a poor fit, and she's weak in dungeons.

Tracer Slugs
Ability 2 · Cooldown 5 turnsAttacks 1 enemy 2 times. The first hit has a 75% chance of placing 2 Bomb debuffs that detonate after 2 turns. The second hit has a 55% chance of applying a Debuff Spread effect, taking 1 Bomb debuff and placing it on all other enemies. All Bomb debuffs placed by this skill on enemies whose MAX HP is higher than 200,000 will deal 50% more damage.
