Is Glaicad Of The Meltwater good?
A Sylvan Watchers support who revives, speeds up and powers up the team through Perfect Veil. Lifestream revives every fallen ally with a Turn Meter boost and gives the whole team Increase ACC and Increase DEF for three turns either way, granting him an Extra Turn if nobody was dead. Meltwater Cloak adds Increase ATK to everyone, Perfect Veil to the others and a Turn Meter push, almost an offensive take on 
Duchess Lilitu, and his passive boosts the damage of veiled allies, more so against veiled enemies.
He's excellent in Hydra and Chimera, counters Head of Torment and can freeze Hard Fire Knight.
