Introduction

Gliseah is a Legendary Force character in RAID: Shadow Legends. Gliseah's role is Defense. Faction: The Sacred Order.

On our RAID: Shadow Legends tier list Gliseah is B tier, 454th of the 1029 characters ranked, from where 6 current tier lists put Gliseah.

Is Gliseah good?

A Sacred Order legendary designed to beat skill lockout, Warlord in particular. None of her skills can be put on cooldown, and when an enemy tries it on her team there's a 50% chance it fails and the attacker gets a Freeze that can't be blocked or resisted. Beyond that she brings an AoE Weaken that also steals buffs from Frozen enemies, team Block Debuffs with an AoE Freeze chance on Everwinter, and a Freeze chance on her A1.

Arena is her main stage, and the passive also helps against Iragoth, the Eternal Dragon and Doom Tower Warlords, but Hydra is a poor fit.

    Ability 1

    Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 30% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn. Also applies a Debuff Spread effect, taking 1 random debuff from the target and placing it on all enemies under Freeze Debuffs. Lvl. 2: Damage +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Damage +10% Lvl. 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

  • Breath of Rime

    Ability 2 · Cooldown 3 turns

    Attacks all enemies. Places a 25% Weaken debuff for 2 turns. Also steals 1 random buff from each enemy under a Freeze debuff. Lvl. 2: Damage +5% Lvl. 3: Damage +5% Lvl. 5: Damage +10%

  • Everwinter

    Ability 3 · Cooldown 5 turns

    Places a Block Debuffs buff on all allies for 2 turns. Also has a 60% chance of placing a Freeze debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Fills this champion’s Turn Meter by 15% for each Freeze debuff placed by this skill. Lvl. 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Cooldown -1

  • Timeless

    Passive

    This Champion’s skills cannot be put on cooldown. Whenever an enemy tries to put either this Champion’s skills or an ally’s skills on cooldown, places a Freeze debuff on that enemy. Also has a 50% chance of denying the cooldown increase effect. The Freeze debuff cannot be blocked or resisted. Will not deny cooldown increasing effects from Bosses
