Is Gwyndolin the Silent good?

A debuff-focused Skinwalker who also deals real damage, and one of the best picks for Hydra. Her A2 hits all enemies with Decrease SPD, Leech and Decrease ACC, and Talonrake gives the team Increase ACC while stealing any Block Debuffs the enemy has.

Her passive can stretch the duration of debuffs already on the enemy, which is great for Clan Boss debuffs or Dragon Poisons, and it turns her ACC into extra C.DMG. Chimera suits her almost as well as Hydra.
