Is Kallia good?
An average-to-decent HP Burn epic who became a viable nuker after her Patch 5.50 buffs. Superheated Hammer and Flame Tempest both place HP Burns, which suits Hydra, and Curse of Nullity is a strong AoE with Heal Reduction for Amius, the Fire Knight and the Nether 
Spider.
Pairing her with 
Atur only gives her some healing and him crowd control immunity, which isn't worth two slots. Her low defensive stats still make her hard to keep alive.
