Is Keberon the Underflame good?
A debuffing damage dealer built around HP Burn. His A3 lays HP Burns, and every Burn he places boosts his Turn Meter and feeds his passive's healing and True Fear, which suits 
Spider and Frost Spider; he also grants Increase ACC to help land debuffs on high-RES targets. His A2 applies Deathbrand so anything it kills can't be revived, ignores Shield, Unkillable and part of the DEF, and either fires his A3 again after a kill or refunds a big chunk of Turn Meter.
Burn activations give him extra A1 attacks that place Decrease DEF, and a delayed-death effect lets him survive one fatal hit.

Searing Brand
Ability 2 · Cooldown 4 turnsAttacks 1 enemy 2 times. Before attacking, places a Deathbrand debuff on the target for 2 turns. Will ignore Unkillable and Shield buffs, as well as 25% of the target’s DEF. Activates this Champion’s Pyrenei Power skill if the target is killed. Underflame’s Protection
Passive · Cooldown 4 turnsActive Effect Activates a Delay effect on this Champion whenever they receive a fatal hit. Passive Effect Heals this Champion by 20% of their MAX HP whenever a HP Burn debuff is activated on an enemy. Whenever a HP Burn debuff on an enemy expires or is removed, places a True Fear debuff on that enemy for 1 turn.
