Is Loneblade Riab good?
A Sylvan Watchers Rare damage dealer for single-target fights. Dagger Storm can land Decrease DEF and Weaken (the smaller versions), which still helps a Clan Boss team that's still progressing, and his passive adds damage against targets under either one.
Dagger Storm also gives him Increase C.RATE, so a damage build needs less crit from gear, and crits on Blade Mirage fill his Turn Meter. He's a useful addition for Sylvan Watchers Faction Wars but weak in dungeons.
