Is Lumberer good?
An 
Ogryn Tribes rare that was part of the 
Mother Cybele fusion and isn't much use even early on. His A1 has a low chance at the weak Decrease ATK and an odd chance to extend any Decrease DEF, all on one target, and Massive Momentum is a plain AoE. He's mostly food.
