Is Mathias Blackflail good?
A Sacred Order tank whose kit revolves around Taunt and staying power. Face the Blackflail! gives allies Increase RES and Reflect Damage and puts Taunt on himself, which makes him a Double Taunt option for Permanent Taunt setups in Hydra, though Emic does that job better. Under Taunt his passive counterattacks with Darken the Sky, a triple hit that can strip buffs, so Deathwhirl's DEF-ignoring extra hit on unbuffed enemies triggers more often.
That triple-hit A1 and his Reflect Damage also wear down the Fire Knight's shield, and the Taunt plus Reflect combo can punish single-target nukers in Arena.
