Is Meatcarver Tolog good?
A Skinwalkers rare from the 
Bambus Fourleaf fusion, and the faction's first rare reviver. Reviving Stew brings back one ally with some HP and Turn Meter plus a Continuous Heal, and Butcher's Block gives the team Increase DEF.
His passive refreshes Skinwalker Continuous Heals with a smaller one when they expire, get removed or get stolen. That makes him a cheap support and reviver for Skinwalkers Faction Wars.
