Is Nari the Lucky good?

A Dwarves control legendary whose Rainbow of Woe is the only skill that places Decrease ACC and Decrease RES together, on the whole enemy team. That lowers the stat thresholds your other champions need, which is why he's a strong Doom Tower carry where enemy Accuracy and Resistance run high, though he needs enough Accuracy himself to land it.

Irresistable Wealth adds an AoE Provoke and a Counterattack buff that feeds Wee Flincher's buff steal, and his passive randomly moves an enemy buff to one of your allies. Hydra is his best mode and Clan Boss his worst.
