Is Neldor Rimeblade good?
A Freeze epic made for Hard Fire Knight. Frost Piercer hits three times at random with a Freeze chance on each hit, and together with his four-hit A2 he chips through the shield quickly while Freeze holds the boss's Turn Meter down. His passive gives him a chance to cast his A1 each time an ally lands a Freeze, so 
Gnut makes a good partner, and he also has an AoE Decrease SPD for waves and bosses.
Freezing Bommal's Dreadbombs halves their damage too, but outside those niches he's average, and Clan Boss is his weakest area.
