Is Ogryn Jailer good?
An Ogryn Tribes Rare with some of the biggest single-target multipliers in the game and a little utility for dungeon waves, Faction Wars and Doom 
Tower. Lockdown and Confiscate remove or steal buffs, and Reprisal hits harder on targets without buffs.
He's hard to justify big investment on, but he's a handy 
Skullcrown killer in Arena and in Faction Wars he both hits hard and steals buffs.
