Is Old Ghrukkus good?

A support debuffer focused on slowing enemies and stopping their healing. Toe the Line lands Decrease SPD and can knock back Turn Meter, while Harsh Discipline puts Decrease ATK and Heal Reduction on the whole enemy team.

That makes him useful in Fire Knight's Castle, Dark Fae, the Nether Spider, Amius and the Grim Forest, and his Speed Aura for dungeons eases stat requirements. Arena is his weakest mode.
