Is Pann the Bowhorn good?

A Sylvan Watchers epic who mixes multi-hit damage with Freeze and True Fear. Cyroslash hits twice with Freeze chances, which both chips the Fire Knight's shield and knocks his Turn Meter once it's down, and Woodland Specter hits three times with True Fear that turns into Weaken against bosses.

Emerald Salvo buffs his own ATK and Speed before an AoE hit, which is handy for clearing waves. He can carry Faction Wars on his own and is worth a look for a Sylvan Watchers-only Fire Knight Hard team in Cursed City, but his ratings elsewhere are modest.

Will ignore 50% of the target’s RES if the target’s SPD is equal to or less than this Champion’s SPD.
