Is Polara Fireheart good?
A Mythical with two forms that cover damage in one and control in the other. Her base form works around HP Burn: the A2 spreads Burn and Block Buffs and ignores all DEF on targets that are both burning and frozen, while the A3 detonates Burn, reapplies it and hits through Shield, Block Damage and Unkillable.
The alternate form hands out Block Debuffs, Strengthen and Intercept, freezes every enemy for two turns and revives allies at full HP once per round. Since her buffs she's a strong pick in PvE and PvP alike.

Faithful Conflagration

Each hit will ignore 50% of the target’s DEF instead, if the target is under a HP Burn debuff or a Freeze debuff. Each hit also destroys the target’s DEF and RES by 3% Stacks up to 30%. Places a HP Burn debuff on all enemies for 2 turns, if the target is kill by this skill. This debuff cannot be resisted. Lvl. 2: Damage +20% Lvl. 3: Cooldown -1
Pyro Maxima
Ability 3 (Form 1) · Cooldown 4 turnsAttacks all enemies. This attack deals single-target damage to each target individually, rather than AoE damage. Will ignore Shield, Block Damage, and Unkillable buffs. Instantly activates any HP Burn debuffs on all enemies.
