Is Rathalos Blademaster good?
A 
Monster Hunter collab Legendary built to kill bosses over long fights. His passive adds 50% damage against burning targets and makes every fifth skill hit for 200% more, which adds up fast in Hydra, Dragon and Clan Boss.
His A2 ignores all DEF on bosses and turns into an AoE on its second use each round, and he buffs his own C.DMG and SPD while landing a Decrease DEF that bosses can't resist. For 
Demon Lord he wants a Weaken partner.
