Is Relickeeper good?
Relickeeper plays like a glass cannon built around speed: go first, pick off the weakest target, and if that kill lands he gets another action right away. Against four soft targets he can chain kills through an entire wave or even an arena squad, but if anything survives his opening hit and swings back, he folds fast.
That fragility makes him better suited to farming easy content and shepherding fodder champions through their early levels than to serious PvP, which lines up with the C tier.
