Is Shaman good?

The free Epic from the seven-day login, useful mainly for early Orcs Faction Wars progression. Recall revives an ally and shields them, Exploit Weakness gives the team a small Increase C.RATE, and Dispelling Blow has a chance to remove a buff if you give her Accuracy.

Gear her for defense and decent Speed so the revive comes back around, and leave her at level 50, since plenty of champions deserve the masteries and books more.
