Is Sicia Flametongue good?

A burn damage dealer whose trick is setting off HP Burns instantly, so each enemy takes a Burn tick from every burning enemy at once. That makes her one of the fastest options for Spider 21 to 25 (25 especially, where she doesn't have the affinity trouble she has at 20) and a big damage source in Hydra and Hard Spider.

She also brings an ACC Aura that works in every battle, useful for high-threshold content like Doom Tower. Clan Boss is her weakest area.

    Attacks all enemies. Has an 80% chance of placing a 25% Weaken debuff for 2 turns. Also has an 80% chance of placing a 60% Decrease DEF debuff for 2 turns if there are a least 2 enemies under HP Burn debuffs. Then instantly activates any HP Burn debuffs on each target and decreases the duration of those HP Burn debuffs by 1 turn.
