Is Skellag good?
An Undead Hordes Uncommon with a Freeze chance on Thrust and the smaller Decrease ACC across the enemy team from Blizzard. The Freeze isn't reliable enough for the Hard Fire Knight, where Freeze matters most, but it's decent crowd control for early Faction Wars, locking out annoying enemies and making it easier for your team to resist their debuffs.
