Is Snorting Thug good?

A low-impact Skinwalker Epic whose niche is stealing buffs in early Faction Wars. Ruckus steals two buffs and ignores DEF on a target left without any, and his passive can steal from attackers and counter those with no buffs.

As an HP champion he's fairly durable early on, which helps if your roster lacks Block Buffs or dependable control in the faction; otherwise there's little reason to use or invest in him.
