Is Spymaster good?
A Banner Lords rare from the 
Karato Foxhunter fusion with very weak multipliers, so he's only worth using for his effects. Directed Sabotage is the useful one, spreading Block Buffs across the enemy team, which helps in Hydra and Arena.
Being an HP champion he's easy to keep alive in Faction Wars, but most of the time he'll sit in the vault.
