Is Staltus Dragonbane good?
A DEF-based nuker from the Banner Lords who pairs heavy AoE damage with Stuns. His A2 hits all enemies twice with a strong Stun chance on each hit, and his A3 buffs his own DEF before an AoE that picks between Decrease SPD and Decrease C.DMG based on each target's stats. His passive adds damage for every debuff on the target and shields him from Weaken, Poison and Decrease DEF, sending those back at whoever tried to place them, which works nicely in Dragon and Nether 
Spider.
Arena and dungeons are his home; Clan Boss, Hydra and Chimera are not.
