Is Teshada good?
A Barbarian epic whose value is mostly in Faction Wars progression, and even there free options like 
Warmaiden and 
Scyl of the Drakes make her hard to justify. Maximum Carnage can Weaken its targets, more reliably on crits, and Spirit Appeasement revives a random ally when it kills its target, which can rescue a bad run.
Her kit is limited in reach and impact, so she's a low priority to invest in.
