Is Thylessia good?
A cheap utility epic whose main draw is an AoE Decrease DEF that works without books. Melancholia lands the Decrease DEF, Shrieking Voices extends every debuff on the enemy team, and Weft of Madness can spread a debuff to all enemies under Hex, which her passive applies when she hits targets that already have Decrease DEF.
She'll carry most dungeon teams with little investment and fills a gap for Knights Revenant, a faction short on AoE Decrease DEF.
