Is Tracker good?

An Orcs uncommon for the very start of Clan Boss progression. Her A1 has a small chance at a 2.5% Poison and Haughty Dismissal can place the 30% Decrease DEF, but both land too rarely to lean on. Once you're beyond the first few stages, champions with stronger debuffs and better odds take over.
