Is Varkos Headsplitter good?
A Dark Elves legendary who does most of his damage off other people's turns, through counterattacks and joining ally attacks. Brutish Dominance gives him Increase DEF, Counterattack and Shatter and then an Extra Turn to use them, his A1 ignores Unkillable (useful against 
Leorius or Swift Parry) and gains a hit when he counterattacks, and Murderous Fighter goes through Block Damage and Shields when he joins an ally's attack.
Anything he kills through a counterattack or joined attack can't be revived. Arena is his best mode, and his chance to join attacks is higher next to other Dark Elves.
