Is Vizier Ovelis good?

A Clan Boss specialist first and last. Accursed Blades hits three times with a chance on each hit to extend every debuff on the target, so with the right tune your Poisons, Decrease ATK and Decrease DEF never fall off the boss, though it does need Accuracy to land. Master of Misery adds Block Buffs, Decrease ATK and Heal Reduction, and Vizier of Poisons spreads two debuffs from one target to the whole enemy team, which helps in Faction Wars, Doom Tower and Spider 19 or 20 when you're short an AoE HP Burn.

In Doom Tower he also sets up poison exploders like Elenaril or Zavia by extending debuffs before they detonate.

Pairs well with: Elenaril; Zavia.
