Is Wretch good?

An Undead Hordes rare that isn't worth tomes or masteries. Crypt Touch has a small chance at Heal Reduction and Lifeleech heals him off the damage he deals, but if you use him at all, Gravefire's HP Burn is the one thing that does real work against bosses.
