Is Zii Ixchi good?
A Lizardmen epic from the normal Doom 
Tower Secret Rooms, and a long wait at that, since you need the six earlier champions first. Her kit is about killing with Crown Breaker to keep lowering its cooldown, which makes a Reflex set a natural fit.
The problem is that the damage isn't high enough and she brings nothing else, with an extra-hit chance on her A1 that you can't raise. Faction Wars is where she's still worth using.
