After actively moving, inflicts 1 stack of Shatter on all enemies within 1 grid of the caster for 1 turn, stacking up to 3 times.
Bloodlust Zeal

At the start of the caster's turn, inflicts a Battle Zeal mark on the enemy that dealt the most DMG to the caster, lasting until the end of the caster's turn. Resets the DMG tracking afterward.
